My car had been booked in for a repair and I was told I would be kept up to date with the progress of it. Phoenix have now had my vehicle for 3 weeks. Completion date should have been last week, when I telephoned to check to see if my car would be ready 1 day before the completion date, the lady on the telephone sternly told me to "be patient" as if I was getting on her nerves for constantly calling (this was the first contact made with the garage since arranging my courtesy car) I have called today to check progress as no one has contacted me to tell me of any delays, although it is now a week overdue completion date and I was fobbed off again by the same woman telling me she would call me back... Overall, bad experience! I only used this company as it was through my insurance, I would definitely not recommend them I wonder how long I will have to wait to have my car back!
