My Background

I joined Moneywatch Finance in June 2008 having spent 16 years working at the sharp end of Financial Services. I began working as a customer services advisor with Alliance & Leicester, initially working part-time on the counter. Between 2000 & 2002 I qualified as a Financial Advisor and then as a Mortgage Advisor. After a few years of being only able to offer my clients 1 lender, and 1 insurance provider, I felt that it was time to spread my wings , offer more and become a Whole of Market Mortgage Advisor. This means that I am now able to access a wide range of mortgage providers to help find the right mortgage to meet my clients' needs.

what do I do?

I give advice and make a recommendation after assessing my clients needs.
I find out what is important to you and then find the right mortgage that suits you.
I give advice on how to make sure your home is not repossessed.
I help buyers find their new home and if required ,I help negotiate the price. I DON'T CHARGE EXTORTIONATE FEES! My fees range between £0 & £495 and are determined by each case. The initial meeting is free of charge and any fees will be discussed and agreed at this meeting.
I DON'T HARD SELL! Arranging a mortgage can be stressful enough without me adding to it! I will always consider insurances and make my recommendations accordingly,after all a mortgage is possibly the biggest financial committment a person can make.However if my clients choose not to accept my recommendation then I respect their decision.

Conveyancing services - Moneywatch Finance have a wide selection of tried and trusted solicitors, whose services we are happy to recommend.
Secured loans - We have access to a wide range of companies who can provide alternative secured borrowing options for a variety of purposes for example Home Improvements, Debt Consolidation or Capital Raising.
