Shoddy goods and when you ask for replacement or something to be fixed, the foreign staff seem not to know what Consumer Rights are. I know many people who have lost money this way. They should be reported to Trading Standards

STAY AWAY
The furniture falls apart after only a few weeks. Half the pieces of the flat packs are almost always missing. When you ring up for replacement, their attitudes and responses are disgusting. They make out that its always your fault despite the product clearly being in sealed boxes and still having items missing. Apart from the owners, none can speak English and seem to be immigrants. The premises are filthy and to chose to have carpet from there would be a humongous mistakes, especially if you have children.
