  I got married in January 2011, just received my film from G5 Studio. I have to say it was well worth awaiting. I was told by G5 Studio at time of booking that it will take upto 6 month to deliver on receipt of all the information from myself and if I delayed passing these details then that will delay the delivery. Even though I took 8 months to pass my details G5 Studio only took 4 months after to delivery I cannot blame them for my delay. Will recommend to book but understand how G5 Studio's policy works Thanks Guys

• A distressing experience

  I am still waiting for my photo album from G5 Studio 18 months after my wedding, and after paying in full, weeks before the wedding day. Only received my DVD after getting a solicitor involved. Have been given nothing but a long list of excuses all year. Avoid this company like the plague.

• They turned our happy memories into miserable affair

  One of the worst companies I’ve ever known. Utterly unprofessional, misleading and of no substance. This company has messed us around for 1 year, giving us false hope about when our wedding video will be ready. They turned up almost 2 hours late on the wedding day and demanded full payment upfront. Paying the sum upfront would not have been a problem if they delivered what they promised. After a whole year we have only just received an unedited copy of the wedding needless to say of poor quality!!!! They have repeatedly used sad excuses such as they are busy, over worked, ill and in hospital!!! They have continuously lied and mistreated me and my family and accept no responsibility in this mess!!! They also refuse to refund the fee we paid claiming they spent time and money during the wedding so therefore we owe them that sum!!! How they can say this is absolutely beyond disbelief considering we have received nothing at the end of this mess. Instead of happy memories from our joyous occasion we have been left with the bitter, distressing experience of the last year. Please avoid this company if you are looking for a professional company who deliver as they say. Behind the glossy exterior this company is nothing but a bunch of amateur, incompetent and immoral ‘boys’ preying on innocent people’s money.

  When I got married G5 Studio covered my wedding. On the day of my wedding I had full service from G5 I have to say they provided a brilliant service on the day well as after they kept me upto date with my wedding film and a fantastic video. Over all yeap I'm happy to recommend G5. thanx guys

  One of the best companies in the midlands that offer High quality videography and photography and a comprehensive event management service. All I can say is these guys are brilliant!!!!
