• 40th Birthday @ Teamworks

  Had a great afternoon, we did the Grand Prix, 7 of us as a group but a total of 32 racing. Well organised, good/fair points system, well chuffed that 5 of us got through to the Grand Final of 8 racers. + points, suprised how fast the electric karts went, again, well organised, stuff to do whilst others are racing whilst you have to wait. Live updated point & leaderboard screens. - points, Kart speeds differ quite a bit. I was on top of the leader board most of the afternoon, until the last heat, went to 3rd. A guy who was 5th on the grid shoot past 4 other drivers and we just could not catch him, his kart was MUCH faster then the rest. We also noticed some were being charged longer than others hence the speed. This really needs to be looked in to for a fairer race. Overall a great, fun afternoon. would recommend as a Karting venue.

• Perfect Family Day

  My family and friends enjoyed a great afternoon and evening at Teamworks, where we were warmly welcomed and given a really good experience. Account was taken of our spectators and of the fact that we had a mixed group of beginners and more experienced karting enthusiasts. Best of all, the price was excellent!

• Great Karting Experience

  Our party of 7 people attended Teamworks Karting on Saturday 17th July 2010 in Birmingham, many of whom had never participated in Go-Karting before. We took part in one of their Grand Prix Events and had a fantastic time. Good Points: -Fantastic Organisation (Coordinated about 32 people very efficiently) -Excellent Track Layout (Really Fun!), -Excellent value (Over 30 laps raced), -Fantastic live data feeds complete with lap times, and live leaderboards. Bad Points:-Obvious discrepancies in handling & speed of Karts (overheard a steward comment that one racer was in a slower Kart), Poor stewarding decisions with regards enforcing rules (Had points deducted that would have qualified me for the final due to apparent bumping which I don't deny, but others did the same to me and got away with it whilst using these tactics to overtake), -Be prepared for dirty tactics (I had a driver overtake me on a yellow flag despite the rules stating no overtaking when the flag is shown). Despite some misgivings, I would strongly recommend this Karting centre and both me and my friends plan to go again to the Birmingham site in the near future. We had a great time thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there. If Teamworks Karting read this message, I would like to suggest that in the future they consider introducing a button for providing the Kart with 3x short speed bursts during anyone race similar to A1 racing as this would provide more opportunities to overtake and make the races more strategic. Furthermore improvements in the consistency of applying the rules from the stewards would improve the experience.

• Teamworks Karting - Birmingham

  Highly recommended karting experience! Very professionally run with exceptional facilities which cater well for individuals to larger coporate groups. The karts are electric which have plenty of power for the challeging circuit which is suitable for both beginners and more advanced drivers. Well done to all at Teamworks Karting in Birmingham i will be visiting again soon.

• My BIrthday at TeamworksKarting

  my birthday was on saturday and i had my hopes up to go go-karting, but it rained all weekend so my dad rang teamworks and they booked us in. it was awesome!!! the track was huge, the karts when like lightning and i got to race against my friends. it really made my birthday! and my friend is going on their birthday because she thought it was so good.
