About Us

Brief description

Sheltered Housing Accommodation/ supporting unaccompanied asylum seeking minors. age 16 to 25. The service is 24hrs 7days aweek. Office hours 9am to 5.30pm out of hours number 07855 754186 24hr. we will collect young people from social services, police stations if just newly arrived. Concept housing has a large staff team completley dedicated to supporting these young people. Concept housing also has a a resource centre. Young people will stay in the referral centre, when they have passed all the assesments they are then moved into the community. young people are enroled inti college within 6 weeks
