• Be informed, not ignorant

  Whilst Boundary Mills are cheaper they do not have the new lines and sell seconds and lines that are at least six months old. The reason Boundary Mills will have stock is because it is old stock - the reason the proper shops sell out is because it is new and fresh - and in demand. IF you want older stock, or stock that cannot be sold, pay the lower price at Boundary Mills. If you want new and up to date stock, and staff that are both experienced and trained (for which most people are willing to pay a small premium) then find a proper shop. Boundary MIlls is a Clearance Outlet - the clue is in the name and you get the service you deserve for the cheaper price you pay.

• Overpriced and poor selection

  The staff are friendly and helpful but I find the selection in this shop rather poor. In the run up to christmas, all the good christmassy fragrances and accessories have sold out very quickly and they could not get more stock in from Yankee Candle. I would suggest that anyone who loves Yankee Candle and is located in the Midlands try out Boundary Mill just off Junction 10 of the M6! They do not only have a fantastic selection of fragrances but having only just visited a few days ago, they also still had copious amounts of exactly the items that Delight of Birmingham has sold out and could not replenish their stock of. Not to mention are the MUCH lower prices at Boundary Mill. Everything is about a third cheaper than Delight of Birmingham. The cost of a Large Housewarmer Jar at Delight of Birmingham: £17.99. The same item at Boundary Mill retails at just over £12! Tarts that cost £1.05 at Delight cost 74p at Boundary Mill!!!! And so on and on........ This applies to all the ranges as well as accessories.

• Fantastic

  A fantastic shop, with excellent customer service. I have visited twice now to buy gifts and the staff were extremely helpful and the recipients of the gifts really pleased. If you like candles don't go anywhere else.
