Specialist Services

We can open for private hire on Sundays at lunchtime or evenings for any special occasions, including birthdays, christenings or any private or corporate event. Please visit our website to see our menu. We started running italian restaurants in 1969 with Mondello in Leamington Spa. In 1978 we opened La Caverna, catering for patrons from across the globe to their immense satisfaction. Following the sale of La Caverna we decided to come out of retirement with La Nonna, meaning Grandmother.

Specialities available: Fish & seafood dishes including oysters, lobster, tiger Prawns, Dover sole, Seabass etc. If you have a particular favourite fish course or italian dish we can create it for you with 24 hours notice. All our Italian food is freshly prepared to order. We offer a wide range of pasta dishes including cuttle fish & black ink pasta, risotto with porcini mushrooms or seafood, a wide range of spaghetti dishes, linguini con Vongole (with clams), spaghetti with lobster.

  I was at La Nonna for Christmas and what a suuprise that my Husband had booked it up for Valentine night. I was delighted. Felt that my day was perfect. The food was at the great standard that they alway have and you just felt nothing could get better. Then i found out that they opened for Valentine Day But unlike most resterants they did not up there prices Perfect service and nothing was to much trouble for them. On paying the bill i was handed a long stem red rose What more can any one ask for That is a place that will see me bac k again and again

  Well what can I say? La Nonna was recommended by a friend and after the first visit my wife and I just wanted to keep going back. The food was out of this world, very authentic. So much to choose from its hard to decide and I can honestly say the is the best restaurant I've been to in a long time. I strongly suggest everyone who like their Italian food, go here and you won't want to go anywhere else.

  Fabulous Italian restaurant. A real find. Great authentic food, the atmospher ereally m ade our evening, and it is great to find somewhere that welcomes families.
