    Took the car for MOT & service. Had the brakes and others repaired all together around £400++ but did not notice any changes to the brake & the vents for the heating were switched off after the repair so took it to the garage again. Claimed to have no problem after they looked at it again but my partner and I found that the brake has improved. The manager did not try to apologise for anything even the vents were switched off by them. Also tried to refund the engine oil as my partner thought the person was asking whether to top up the engine oil but it came out it was a top up pack at £8.99 but we actually did not want the top up pack and we explained to him that it was a misunderstanding but the refund was refused. All in all not a pleasant trip to this garage and found that it is very expensive with a very bad customer service. NOT recommended at all!!
