• Kim You Made My Dream Come True!!!

  I would just like to stress that Kim is an amazing woman who made my dream come true. From the moment I met her I knew she was genuine, proffessional and excellent outstanding at what she does. I first went to Amanda Kim's Shop where I met Kim when I was trying on one of her very own handmade dresses which was fabulous by the way. But after having a conversation with her and telling her that I already had a dress that I can no longer use to get married in due to the alterations that needed doing to it that I didn't think it was possible and was therefore looking for another dress. She immediately said to me "please bring your dress in for me to have a look at, i'm sure there will be something I can do, its seems pointless you buying another dress when you have already fell in love with the one you have got". So I took my dress to Kim and she really did the work a miracle. She was very patient with me and gave me the best customer service I have ever received of anyone I have ever met. She even altered all my other 3 bridesmaids dresses which I purchased from another shop. Again she was outstandingly patient and excellent at everything she did. I would just like to say a BIG THANK YOU to making my dream come true. I felt like a princess on my big day thanks to you. Mrs Diane Parkes xxx

• Kim is one in a million

  I am writing in the hope that this will allow other husbands to be able to look at their bride and feel the same way i did when my lovely wife walked into the room and looked amazing. Thanks to Kim my wife looked simple stunning in her dress. We live in Plymouth and she travelled to Halesowen to have Kim make her dress because from the very first phone call my wife Lucy new Kim had to make her dress. She ended up buying shoes, tiara and jewellery all from Kim as no were came close to the quality and price. She even made a cushion for our rings that my 19 month old son carried down the aisle. Thanks a million Kim you made a great day amazing.

• Excellent, professional, service.

  From the first phone call I made, I felt I had known Kim for years. She put me at ease as soon as I met her. I had been dreading shopping for a wedding dress, worrying that I wouldn't get what I wanted in my size or that I was too old too look nice. (I am a 40year old, size 16, first-time bride). Not at all. Kim asked me a few simple questions and gave me a dress to try. The first one was beautiful but the second dress I fell in love with and have ordered. She encouraged me to look elsewhere and to try a variety of styles but none came close. Not once did I feel that Kim was selling me a dress and because she is a seamstress and designer by profession, all her advice and recommendations were from experience and knowledge. That was missing from the other retailers I went to. I found most shops are selling the same designers and styles but Kim stocks a designer that I haven't found stocked by anyone else in the near vicinity.
