I recently purchased a phone from mobilephonesontheweb.com-a decision I am regretting. I received a strange phone call from another company who mentioned that the above named was their sister company, saying that there was going to be a delay in the cashback process, and if a wished i could return the phone to them, with no cost to myself; other than postage and they would buy me out of the contract. There was a postal strike on at the time, I went to check their web site, but it mentioned that it was being updated, and still is, so no way of verifying if this was true or not. They mention on their site that the £1 fee that they charge will be refunded when the contract is set up - still waiting, also not had the code from them so that i can claim the cashback in stage payments from them! I wish i had been privey to this type of information before I had made a purchase. I would not have done so otherwise.
