INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE is a relaxing & calming treatment which concentrates on the head but also includes massage to the arms, neck & shoulders where we tend to accumulate the most stress & tension. It is performed seated, over clothing or using aromatic oils
AROMATHERAPY is the use of smell in a therapeutic manner with an holistic approach. Treatment aims to restore harmony & natural balance considering physical, mental & emotional well-being using techniques including massage, inhalation & immersion. Essential oils will be blended specifically for the individual client's needs.
SWEDISH BODY MASSAGE is manipulation of the soft tissues, being both soothing & stimulating. The aim of the treatment is to create a balance, to restore harmony between the different parts & functions of the body. Techniques are both vigorous & gentle combined to ease muscular tension, increase blood & lymphatic circulation, relax & energise.
