I was involved in car accident last year. my friend was driving and lost control he drove into the back of bus. I suffered some back and neck pain which after a few weeks just turned into a stiff neck I recovered fully I saw an advert for Claims Advice online and filled in my details online within a few months I received a cheque for £4500. Great service I would recommend this service to any body

Any Specialist Products or Services?

Accidents can happen in many different ways, they can cause a range of injuries, and are usually totally unexpected by the victim.

On the road and in the workplace, those who are likely to be responsible for accidents - drivers and employers - are required to be insured. In the UK we have laws placing duties and responsibilities on employers and drivers to take care not to cause accidents which could be avoided. Similar duties of care are placed on businesses and local authorities. If this “duty of care” is broken, then the person who is injured may well have good grounds for making accident claims.

If you have had an accident, get independent advice as quickly as possible from one of our specialist solicitors, on the accident claims process. They will advise you about your rights, rehabilitation, claiming for any loss of earnings, and about compensation for your injuries.
