• promised a refund for crap service from merchant

  2 hours later no pizza, meal2go promised a refund, so they are responsive to crap service from their network of independant 'fast food' syndication. Presume the quality standards of these independants are not directly under the control of M2G, but I hope that eventually their quality assurance systems weedle out merchants that fail to deiliver, in every sense!

  Bad payment process, wrong order delivered due to a mistake on meal2go's behalf, and appaling customer service. Instead of an apology and some sort of compensation (I still haven't received my pizza despite having paid for it!) they were rude and kept telling me that I was wrong. I only wish I could give them 0 stars instead of 1!

• I love Meal2GO

  if a shop delivers the food late or cold, I would stop ordering with them. Meal2Go is great in terms of ordering. I am a regular long time fan and been using it since 2006 when they only had a few restaurants. I have never had a problem and would highly recommend them.

• Sick of them

  When I first found this site I thought it was fantastic. Unfortunately, having used them several times, I've completely run out of patience with them. When you input your postcode into their search engine, they return a list of restaurants that you can order from. However, what they don't tell you is that those restaurants won't necessarily deliver to you, despite you being within their geographical catchment area. As a result, meal2go will then have to refund you the money you've paid for the meal. Unfortunately they won't do this immediately, so if you only have limited funds and paid all you have for the meal you've already ordered, you won't be able to order any more food until they've processed the refund after a day or two. Shocking service, and has happened to me too many times.

  I TRIED TO USE THE SITE 5-6 TIMES AND NEVER ACTUALLY GOT ANY FOOD.THEY ALWAYS COME UP WITH ONE REASON OR ANOTHER.THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HONESTLY ONE OF THE VERY WORST I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS.AVOID THIS SITE!!!

  website didnt work , finally ordered and found out that the takeaway isnt even on there site and they had to refund my money ! It then took 5 days to refund . stay away plenty more online ordering site out there

  Ordering online it's much easier, and I can get anything i like. Meal2Go website is very easy and fun to use. I will order again definitely. Big PLUS for usability and user friendliness. Thank you great meal2go team!
