Terrible Service - VERY RUDE STAFF. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

Paid for the 'express' delivery 2-3 working days on the Tuesday lunchtime - didn't get them until Sunday lunchtime - after the Saturday party. When i called the most rudest man on earth asked when I politely asked if he wanted the reference number 'why would I want that' - not the greatest start and more abuse was to follow - snow being the excuse but the snow was the week before - there was no snow that week - business as usual. He said I could send back recorded delivery but i would only get back �£7 and not worth my time as he would not refund the �£8.95 for the special delivery. So rude - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE - USE ANOTHER WEBSITE THAT DON'T HAVE RUDE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM.
