We offer a unique design and build service for residential properties including, Extensions, Loft Conversions, Renovations, Modernisation, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Drives, Roofs and Roofline products, Conservatories, Windows, Doors and Porches. The service includes preparation of drawings, Planning and Building Regulation applications, Party Wall Act Notices & Awards, All Building works, Stage checks and final inspection, final payment authorisation etc- in fact all aspects of residential property improvement and repair. All of the tradesmen we use are personally approved by one of the partners and each project is supervised throughout and subject to a written contract.

We can provide full written reports where required including Single or Joint Expert Reports, Building Extension reports, Window door and Conservatory Reports. All reports are complaint with Civil Procedure Rules and are suitable for issue through the Courts if necessary. Advice is available on dealing with disputes with tradesmen and we can help with finding a specialist solicitor should the need arise.

We also offer a Dispute Mediation service where we can arrange to meet with other companies that have carried out work for you where you are unhappy with the results.
