• Cut and colour

  I had cut and color and was charged 60% more to what agreed. I went a few days before to enquire about the price and still was charged so much more! When questioned, I was not given a clear answer but excuses that the price may vary. What is the point of me coming there in advance if the price is then increased? I left and looked at the pricing list - even the highest price of a cut was less than what I was charged! The quality of this cut is way below average with the hair stylist constantly hitting my head with the comb and chopping off half of my hair! I really wish I had never let him touch it. The fringe is a distater - I wonder how long I have to wait now until it grows. Not talking about the fact that the hair dressers were saying negative things about their regular customers in front of me... So unprofessional. The only positive was colour done very nicely by a nice lady. The rest ruins the whole impression. I will never come back!

• The HQ experience

  These guys are great! They work fast and well. I love them. they're all men who love to comb, cut brush and blow away your hair. There is none of that fake 'kiss ass' attitude just very straight to the point. I've noticed there is one woman only working there and she is the only hairdresser who can dye hair. The guys are undoubtly gay or if not gay definitely not straight so do not be surprised if you get a bit of attitude from them. Also if you're going just for a trim TELL THEM and i mean tell them loud and clear that you want the minimum taken off your hair, as they would if you're not to clear, chop half of your hair away!!! yup they love that ( the tall-ish guy especially). O and another thing try to remember their names they ask you which one do you want to do your hair and trust me they want to hear a name not a description of their collegues!! Overall, it is a very good to get your hair done weather you're a man or a woman-they do not see that they just see hair!!!
