  send the wrong engine to you.so you send it back..tell you that the money is bck in your account 2 working days...complete lie they have no intention of refunding your money!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

  WARNING! Do not use this firm they will take money out of your account send you the wrong part, when you return the part by courier they do not refund your money, when you contact them they LIE saying they have or will credit your money, you ring continuosly and get told the same but they never do, they also never provide receipts. 5 months later i am still waiting for my money therefore i am inolving my card company, trading standads and VAT office.

• Despicable charlatan company

  This company is the most despicable and disgusting company I have ever dealt with. Not only did they tell me they had the part when thaey hadn't they then charged my credit card for the sale. When it did not arrive two days later as promised I called to be told that the part that had was faulty so had to order another one. Suspicious to say the least. I was then told this would take another 4-5 days. After this time still no result. Yet again dreadful underhanded customer service. Of course the manager was never available. In the meantime I sourced the part from elsewhere and contacted AK Salvage to tell them I wanted a refund as they had not fulfilled their obligation. I am still, 3 weeks later I might add, waiting for the refund. when I contacted them to say I was getting in touch with my credit card company, miraculously, the manager was available. However, still no refund. I am now dealing with my credit card company to get the money returned. I am urging and begfging people that if you are quite happy getting robbed, turned over, avoided, misguided and lead astray by a bunch of charlatans with no sense of how to conduct a business then feel free to deal with AK Motor Salvage. Otherwise if you are honest and hardworking and just want a service that you require, and is promised to you when you pay for it, then PLEASE STAY WELL AWAY!!!!!!!!!
