This is the worst business I have ever dealth with, Manager is extremly rude, lost emails, lies, only happy to take your money, doesnt know how to deal with customers. Wanted to exhange item called manager to check if this was ok, he said it was fine so we went down there, he lost our order, so i just returned goods, he accepted goods then wouldnt give our money back, and told me to go away and just put another order, but I wasnt going to leave without my money or any goods and just wait for him to process my other order which he already lost twice, he then became rude, we ended up taking goods back and had to return them to the wholesaler, who reconmended Charnwood Fireplaces, who have been exceptional.
