We at Claremont Group, invest in all developments that we present to you as an opportunity. If it is not a sound investment for our company, then it is not a sound investment for our clients. This is a unique philosophy in the business and has helped to single us out from the competition.

We are completely transparent in our transactions. We pass on the exact same discounted price that we get from the developers. We therefore only make money by charging a fee, equivalent to 3% + VAT of the gross purchase price of the property.

Impressive!

I've been delighted with the service I have received through the Claremont Group. There's always somebody at the end of the phone to talk to, and if they don't have the answer immediately to a question, they'll find it for you. Also, they're always efficient, but not pushy, giving ample time to make up your mind and letting me know well in advance of future opportunities coming up. The value of my properties has gone up by 30%, and I always know that if I want to sell them, the Claremont Group will be able to help with that as well, which is a service very few companies offer.
