These people ae truly thieves, but why are the authorities not getting involved. Something is very wrong here. The police, the politicians all are quite about it, something really smells bad here.

My daughter had a valid ticket but they still towed the car away, a pregnant woman arrived. To find the same had happened to her, it seems that an employee had been watching to identify more vulnerable people to target. Why is this company still in business?

Something needs to be done about this company. I had a valid ticket but it had fallen off the window onto the dashboard through no fault of mine but they said they couldn't read it. They charged me £430.00 to get the car back. People like this should be behind bars.

They towed my car away in the evening - there was no need to it wasn't obstructing anything. I didn't see the sign when I parked - ironically somone was parked in front of it!!. I understand the need to police parking - but why is it done by crooks? - £430 to get car back - they even charged another days storage even though they were closed when it was towed so I couldn't get it back. If you've been done by them please join the facebook group mid-way parks clampers, a bunch of king bankers.

  • 1 £400 tow and not even a sign of a clamp

I completely agee with george. Im a new road user and was not aware of the parking permits where I had parked. I was only gone about 45 minutes and my car has been towed. They are demandng £400 and I never even had a warning of a clamp or fine. What is a point to clamping and towing a car at the same time....

My pregnant daughter in law had her car taken by midway parks on 7.9.10, i went with her to pick up her car and were faced with very agressive and threatening men who were very abusive when we asked to check for damage on the car before we paid them, we were scared so we phoned the police, the police refused to attend, something needs to be done about these animals, they took my daughter in laws car even though there was a valid parking ticket on the dash which was still in the car when we collected it, these people are scum, women should not collect their car from these people alone

There is a clause for a ticket, for £90 which has to be applied before a car is towed. This never happened before my car was clamped talk less of being towed with notice letf. I though a car has to be clamped and if the owner does not come for it before it is removed. Why would you clamp a car a tow it at the same time. Are you a money making factory or there to deter illegal parking. The company needs serious investigation and if possible their SIA badge revoked.
