Two split levels of displays, allowing an aerial view of the entire store this is without doubt a must see for every camper, caravanner, and boat enthusiast.

  • 1 Do not use Towsure towbar - VERY poor customer service

    I have used Towsure for camping products in the past (no complaints there, reasonable quality at a reasonable price) so I decided to get them to fit a tow bar to our new car. BIG MISTAKE; I had to make the appointment for three weeks time because they were busy (fair enough). I phoned twice to confirm the booking. When I arrived at the allocated time only to be told they had no record of the appointment! The fitter (very unhelpful teenager!) said there was nothing he could do, that this often happened, the people answering the phone often forget to log the appointment. They would not be able to fit my tow bar until after the holiday that I needed it for. They could offer no solution, there was no apology, they just kept repeating "you aren't in the book so you don't have an appointment". Contacted Rotherham Towbar Centre instead; very helpful, they often have people come to them having been let down by Towsure. Made me an 'emergency' appointment for the following day and sorted me out! Slightly more expensive, but the free number plate almost covered the difference and brilliant customer service. Do yourself a favour avoid Towsure like the PLAGUE!!
