i was very upset and disgusted with the owner of the shop. i brought a pair of shoes 2 days before eid, a day later i went back in and asked to exchange for a different style as it did not suit my dress. but this large fat asian woman rudely refused me saying 've dant do revunds, ve nat british ve asian' As we were leaving the shop she charged towards me and my sister in law and pushed her knowing very well that my sister in law is pregnant-30 weeks in fact. i had to stop her but she pushed me aswell. the elephant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP!!! NO CUSTOMER SKILLS AT ALL.
