  • 10 Decent Gym Good Classes

    I didnt have any problems with the club. The classes are good and informative. Instructors seem to have good background and experience in their subject areas and train as much as they teach. Prices are cheapest ive come across for the facilities, tuition and number of classes and i wasnt pressured into joining. I was give 4 free classes to make my mind up .

  • 10 excellent martial art gym and facilities

    The gym is great for new people like me. made me feel sooooo welcome and i feel fitter already after 3 months training. Worth every penny. My 5 yr old has just started and loves her classes too. www.rdbba.co.uk for more info
