Composite front door

I purchased my new front door which was a composite high security door , it was supplied and fitted 2 weeks after the day of ordering which I think is pretty quick service turnaround for a product that has to be made. The door is a great new item that we are glad we have added to our house and the quality is top notch . Well done guys great service . Thanks again . I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

Extreamly poor customer service

spent �£300 on some internal doors & fittings which i fitted, i arrange measure up for expensive external door & some other doors i didn't have time to do, had a day off work & they didn't show up, phoned up & fair enough they apologized, i left it 3 months & decided to go to the shop & rearrange a new date had another day off work, & guess what? YES, they didn't show up again. I got in touch with Bryan & he said he will speak to his son & phone me back but never bothered. i will never shop there again, when there are plenty of businesses who give better service that want your custom in birmingham.
