• I loved New ID and the look they created for me

  I have got nothing but good things to say about this company and the Deluxe makeover experience that I had there that included hair and makeup, a professional photoshoot and a private viewing session where I brought to tears by the incredible pictures they took of me that day and how completely amazing they made me look. I took along three outfits that I thought that I looked good in and they really matched the makeup to them to perfection it was incredible. I have never come close to looking that good before and I was overwhelmed with the makeup and hair and how friendly and courteous the staff were, they made such a fuss of me and even though the salon was really busy they gave me an amazing amount of personal attention. I thought that this deal was really good value for money and the pictures, although not cheap, were great value for money when you see the quality of them. I think anybody that would like to look good and have a bit of a lift to their spirits would really enjoy this makeover and photoshoot experience.

• New ID makeover and photographic studio

  I was really impressed with the treatment, and treatments for that matter, that I had during my four hour deluxe package makeover that I had with New ID. I found the website by accident but was interested in it the moment I found it. I found the videos and the before and after pictures really useful and right away I knew I wanted to go. I found the prices straight away for the deals on site and thought they were very reasonable indeed. I didn’t think the photos were quite as affordable but I did compare them to the price our local photographer charges and another company offering a similar service and was satisfied that they were a very reasonable price. I did not hesitate to book an appointment. I was going to do at the weekend but they did not have a free appointment for several weeks, I was owed a bit of holiday time anyway so went ahead and booked a mid week appointment. Without exception all of the staff were very friendly and all very good in their individual fields and they went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was very impressed with the makeover and especially the photo session that was very interesting and enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend New ID, they do a very good makeover at a very reasonable price and the pictures came out outstanding.

• Really good makeover at New iD

  I had a far better time than I anticipated at New ID, I only paid twenty five pounds for the makeover so was half expecting it to be a bit of a hit and miss, as that price included makeup, hair, photo session, free drink, free print etc, you have to ask yourself how they can give a good service when it is that cheap, but for that kind of money I just thought that it would be good fun and worth it, I was so shocked to find how professional it was, they used really good quality products, the people that work there are all really professional and have a lot of experience in their field, they all did a great job of the makeover and I felt like a billion dollars, the photo session was sweet, i got along really well with the photographer who did an awesome job of my pictures, so much so that I had a really hard job choosing which ones to buy, it was a bit of a mission but I got there in the end, they turned up yesterday and now look amazing on my wall, seeing them there gives me a lot of confidence and reminds me how good I can look when I make the effort.

• New ID makeover

  This New ID makeover experience is great, there was nothing that I did not like about it even though I felt very apprehensive about going up in front of the camera, the perfect solution to this for me was to have a bit more of the free Bucks Fizz and a good long chat with the staff who all made me feel very calm and they gave me lots fo direction in the studio so I could pose properly and get some really good pictures. When it came to looking at those pictures I was pretty flabbergasted. They were so much better than I had anticipated and it was very hard to choose which ones to have. The pictures are quite pricy but to be honest this did not bother me at all because the cost of the makeover was very low and I just figured that if I had gone to the hairdressers and had a hair cut and style of that quality it would have cost me the price of two pictures and if I had gone and paid to have professional makeup done it would have cost me the price of two more and that is not even taking into consideration what it would have cost me to hire a private personal and professional photographer. I have to say that even though at the end of the day this does take a chunk out of your pocket it does represent good value for money and I would be more than happy to go back and do this experience again. The other thing that never gets a mention is how its great that New ID have branches country wide and that makes it easy for anybody to go and get a makeover and not have to travel too far. The website had good branch information with maps and train and parking suggestions and I would like to mention the staff who were all wonderful

• Great Makeover New ID Studios

  I loved having a makeover with New ID the staff were all really nice and made my day really enjoyable, it was a nice salon that was trendy and up to date and had lots of great pictures on the walls of the people that have been there and had a great makeover I had been feeling really down in the dumps since the break down of my marriage and was not feeling at all good about myself and was certainly not in the mood to go back out on the dating scene after twenty years so I thought a good start would be a makeover, I chose the deluxe package that has the following and cost fifty pounds • Voucher comes with Shimmer Gift Box• Welcome & Consultation• Professional Make-up Application• Professional Haircut• Blow-dry and Finish • Professional Photoshoot• Private Viewing Session• Complimentary 12x8 Branded Print• Complimentary Drinks Available Throughout The whole thing was completely great but don’t take a credit card because you will end up wanting to buy all of the pictures they are so good, I have never seen myself looking that good and found it hard to believe it was me.

• New ID photo shoot and makeover

  I had a really good time with New ID and I really liked the pictures, all of my body parts were on them and it was a very professional photo session. I got along very well with the photographer who made it very easy for me, he made me feel very comfortable and he certainly shot some excellent pictures with some lovely composition. I felt very comfortable throughout the whole experience actually, everybody was very sweet, especially the receptionist that kept coming over to check on my progress and make sure I had enough to drink. I find it very hard to pick any major faults with the New ID makeover, it was reasonably priced, I took advantage of a double the money deal so I got my pictures effectively for half price. The salon was nice, well laid out and nicely decorated, it was very busy but at all times the staff were courteous and polite. I thought the pictures represented good value for money and I loved the way that the experience was put together. If I had to change anything it would be nice if they provided a wardrobe so you could try a different way of dressing as well as just changing hair and makeup. I have to give New ID the thumbs up it is the most pampering fun I have had in years!

• New ID

  I had a super time on my Deluxe makeover with New ID, they did a great job and I looked really amazing in the pictures. I had a look on the New ID website before I went and found all of the information that I needed including terms and conditions and the prices of the pictures, the frames, images on CD if you want them, and of course all of the products that are actually really reasonably priced. There are quite a few different packages and they suit all different budgets, from what I can see and certainly on my package it includes at least one free picture and free drinks all day, I was piling into the bucks fizz make no mistake. The quality of the hair and the makeup was great and I was very impressed with how professional and friendly the staff were because the salon was packed and they were all really busy. I loved the upbeat busy atmosphere of the salon and I loved the photo session which was the best fun I had in years. I have never had a professional shoot before but felt great because the lady that did the photos was very friendly and made it really easy for me. The pictures were great, lovely composition and I had a hard time choosing which ones to take in the private viewing session, I didn’t find the sales pitch hard or aggressive I would say it was more a case of gentle persuasion. I loved the experience and am happy to recommend it.

• I thought New ID was fantatic

  I am genuinely very shocked to read this, and I cant imagine, having been to New ID and having had a make over with them, why on earth anybody would think that they photos were shoddy and not up to standard. I was amazingly impressed with the quality of my pictures as well as the high standard of the over all makeover and photographic shoot experience. I have read another review like this one that states that part of the head has been chopped off in pictures and wonder to myself how that would be possible, I personally can not see any makeover and photo shoot company employing the services of a professional photographer who was not capable of taking a picture without missing part of the subjects head off! Can you? I went to New ID for a deluxe make over and thoroughly enjoyed the experience from start to finish. I received a very warm welcome, the receptionist was very efficient. The consultation was informative and I had ample opportunity to express my wishes and how I wanted to look. The hair styling was wonderful, the make up was fascinating and the result was very pleasing. The photographer was very friendly and made me feel completely at ease and certainly did not miss off any of my body parts in any one of the very nicely composed pictures that were beautifully shot and made full use of the different backgrounds and props that are in the studio to use. I don’t think that the photographs are cheap but comparatively speaking I don’t think they are out of line with what other companies are charging. I have done a reasonable amount of research as to what other companies charge and I think New ID offer a product that is well with in the parameters of reasonableness. I thought my photographer in particular was very professional and really hope that people are not put off going to enjoy a smashing experience by thinking that any photographer would cut off part of your head on picture because I personally can not think that this is really the case. New ID have a very nice website, they have very friendly staff, they are very helpful, completely reasonable and I am sure if you were unhappy with any aspect of your makeover or photographic session they would be more than happy to do what ever it took to sort it out for you because their reputation must surely depend on it.
