The dedicated members of our team work with each family on a one to one basis, to ensure that what you want is what we give you. We don't "hard sell", and our motto of "Care, Respect, Choice.. They're your RIGHT, not a privilege" stands firm. If it is within the realms of legality, (and is physically possible) if that is what you want we will do everything within our power to do it.

We do not belong to any trade bodies or associations. We are totally Independent and work to our strict ethics without having trade membership fees to pass on to our clients. Old Boys Clubs, where you have to be invited to join, such as the funeral directors guild, are not why we do what we do. We do it because we care more about the people we look after than our standing in "the club"

Offices are open all week days, and some are open weekends. We are willing and able to open up any of our funeral homes, 24 hours a day to make arrangements, or for you to spend time with your loved one. There is never an extra fee, whatever time of day or night you need us to be open.
