• Non-existent customer service

  In November 2008 I placed an order for a Thomson remote control. On receiving the 'RCV 100 combi TV & video' remote control I realised that I should have ordered the 'RCV 100 original'. After making enquiries, I was advised that if I returned the 'RCV 100 combi' together with the correct balance, I would be sent the 'RCV 100 original'. My cheque for the balance was cashed on 23 February 2009. It is now June 2009 and I have still not received my 'RCV 100 original' remote control. Despite contacting 'Customer Services' on numerous occasions I have received no assistance and no explanation as to why I am still waiting, despite having sent more money than required for the remote control that I need.
