    i ordered a new radiator and a used fan for my vitara it arrived a day late but that was due to the courier they were really helpful and pleasant and did their upmost to find the correct part for my car i thought they were great!

  • Japanz International suzuki engine

    asked for suzuki engine(Jimny) gave them chassis no. was sold twin cam engine not single cam engine they gave me a telephone number to call to verify their claim that my car should have that engine and was told that they didn't do a single cam engine done my own research and soft top cars were made in spain with single cam engines

  • Japanz International Replacement part for mitsubishi

    Japanz International were very prompt in contacting me to let me know that they had a part that I could use. They promised to send the next day. However the part arrived damaged and also did not have the heated element as I had requested. When I telephoned to discuss this, they insisted that I was incorrect about it being the wrong part. Since having it professionally installed it has been confirmed that there was no heating element and the item had been therefore mis-sold. The company did agree to to refund me some of my fee, but as yet, 10 days later, this has not happened. Avoid.
