Never again!

This salon is very well presented and look's very proffesional however I was appauled at the service alongside the treament, I beleive beauty therapist was not professionally trained or given the basic customer service skill. My skin was burnt due to the tempreture of the wax totally rubbish I was unable to change the star rating it would only 1 star reason for that is salon is well presented.

I used this salon for the first time today very nice to look at but service and treament totally rubbish, I had my eyebrow'a done therapist was on a personal call on her mobile phone totally ruined the shape of my eyebrows would never use this salon again.

So-so

Not too happy with their services - used them back in 2007 and although their prices are average they dont really have a clue what they are doing - im sorry but that is my personal experience!
