  The quote was very competitive compared to others I had received. The removal group customer service was excellent, and Andrew and Kelly were very easy to get in contact with. I was arranging a move from the UK to Ireland with just over a week to go, and everything was arranged promptly. This was the first time I had moved house using a real removal company, and the whole experience was relatively stress free, so thank you. • The removal group - no complaints at all, all went well

  Excellent service and everything went very well. Delivery was very fast. I was expecting to recieve my belongings in 10 working days. But, everything was delivered in 5 working days. Nothing was missing. Thanks for Melissa and process went very smooth. Would I use them again? Yes and most probably very soon. The service was excellent and price was the best quote that I could get. • Removal Sucess

  Just unpacked the final box and I can now relax in my new home after a very stressful time! The level of service we received from the Removal Group, especially my co-ordinator Matthew Liscott was exceptional and I would certainly recommend these guys. After receiving their quote, I did a bit a research on the company and found out that they were brokers who simply found you the best deal for you removal. This made me a little dubious about using them so I contacted them directly and was put in touch with Matthew Liscott who was assigned to deal with my move. The initial call took over half an hour as Matthew Liscott wanted to get an exact list of what was to be taken so that he could calculate the actual space we needed in the vehicle. Matthew Liscott was extremely thorough which was probably the reason why all went so smooth! I would certainly recommend the Removal Group to potential customers but would advise that you get the volume agreed before you pay the move as I have heard of customers being asked to pay more on delivery!! As i say, no problems for me and I would definately use the Removal Group and Matthew Liscott again!! Good Luck! PD

  I booked this company in may for sept was told 7 day delivery time took 28 days and did not help in fact would not speak or return calls, told 10 am on the 10 sept collection arrived 4 pm, when container arrived in athens no paperwork or passport info spent day with police customs and £30 special delivery, to release container. was told after waiting all day if loading time exceeded 5pm would be charged per hour bearing in mind it did not arrive till 4 pm. this company is appalling after receiveing money they wash hands of customer i advise if risking this company pay by credit card.

• Complete and utter shambles

  These people care only about making a sale with no regard for the individual needs of the customer. The team I was sent was grossly under-resourced (arriving in the world's smallest removal van) and under-manned for what was known to be a complex and large job. I was accused of under-estimating the extent of the removal job and there was no recognition whatsoever that any blame at all might lie with Removal Group. Because I withheld full settlement until my complaints were addressed, I was threatened with 'visits to your home' to collect payment and, when that didn't work, legal action. I was also told I had prevented the removal men's mortgages from being paid and other such emotional blackmail. At no time was Removal Group willing to even consider that I had a legitimate concern until I had paid up in full for what amounted to an unfinished job. Never, ever again!
