About Us

Patient Advice and Liaison Service
Provide patients public and carers with information advice and problem solving regarding any health service issue in our local area
16 wards on the North and Eastern half of Birmingham including Acocks Green, Bordesley Green, Erdington, Hodge Hill, Kingstanding, Shard End, Sheldon, Stechford and Yardley North, Stockland Green, Sutton Four Oaks, Sutton New Hall, Sutton Trinity, Sutton Vesey, Tyburn, Washwood Heath and South Yardley.

PALS is available in every part of the health service and provides a single point of access for members of the public who require advice and information

Services Offered:

Free confidential helpline for advice information and problem solving regarding health services in our local area. If you want to find out more about health services available in your area or have a query or a problem with a health service you are using you can contact PALS. We are open 9-4 and a voicemail is available outside these hours or when the line is busy. Leave a message and we will get back to you no later than the next working day. PALS cannot provide medical advice and for this you should contact NHS Direct on 0845 4647 or your GP surgery.
