Bad experience

I agree with the other reviewer their workmanship is poor and their aftercare service non-existent. Once they have your money they don't want to know. Avoid at all costs.

patio door workmanship

I recently purchased a house which had replacement windows and patio doors installed. After moving in I noticed a large gap betwen the two doors were they connect and had it confimed by another window company that it was down to shoddy workmanship. I have heard many stories since about this company and had it confirmed when they wouldnt fix the problem due to the fact that the guarantee was only with the previous owner, the staff at SNS were very unhelpfull. My advice to any customer is not to buy windows from this company
