received a quote from s&y motors, to have a replacement gearbox for my iveco van, After 3 phone calls they assured me they had a box on the shelf. booked the van in and got a recovery from sheffield to birmingham, arrived to find the workshop didnt know we were comming, and they didnt have the box, they tried to tell me the gearbox was a ford transit box!!!! and they wanted to charge me £150 extra. They told me the guy (tony) who quoted me didnt work in thier workshop and it wasnt thier responsibility, they said as we were stuck there was nothing we could do but pay the price. rang round, went to gearbox services in hallesowen who did the job, knew what they were doing and we got the van back in 24hours! no bullsh*t
