poor and rude service

The people in the shop were polite but the 2 men who came to fix the washer were rude, used our clean tea towels to mop up their mess, were late on both occasions (they brought the wrong part once) and didn't bother to find out our name, preferring to shout 'what name is it again?' from the other room, when it came to invoicing (which seems very expensive). If anyone does have positive experiences of Washcraft, please do post on here, as I would give them another chance if our experience was proved not the norm.

empty promises

When you book an appointment with an engineer who promised to come before midday, expect him to arrive much later. He arrived 3 hours late. He was late 2 out of 2 occasions. The rest of the other 3 occasions, well, he just didn't turn up. Unfortunately when you complain you get to speak to a friendly shop assistant who promises to return your call after she had spoken to the engineer, but doesn't. If you can find another company, I suggest you look somewhere else!
