Friendly and knowledgeable

GVS are always friendly and knowledgeable. They rates are far more reasonable than some other local pool companies. However they are sometimes somewhat disorganised (losing cheques, forgetting to post invoices or book appointments etc) and the result can be somewhat frustrating . The impression is of a family run establishment lacking some of the processes for a sophisticated and reliable level of service. Overall I would recommend them as they do a good job at a reasonable price.
