  • 1 COLLIERS SCHOOL UNIFORM SHOP

every time ive had to go to this uniform shop being the nearest uniform shop to wherei live and to be honest ive dread each visit id even gone to my sons school to see if they stock a replacement item my son needs anyway they dont and told me id need to go to colliers .. problem is i find the man that owns the shop terribly rude very arrogant says what he thinks and doesnt care who he upsets , i had to visit before the new school term in september to get my sons school uniform and although the shop was busy and he,d got lots of staff the whole shop was utter chaos lots of customers but no organisation whatsoever , a complete nightmare the shop could do with better organisation and the pricing of the items is no joke .. this shop is expensive the owner is seriously going to lose customers unless he sorts his attitude out

  • 1 Colliers - Dreadful quality - Avoid like the plague!

Staff were rude to us when we bought our daughter's first uniform for her first ever day at school, which ruined the experience for us. We then had to return the goods as the jumpers we had bought had faded all over and especially at the seams after 3 washes. Owner was extremely rude and at first refused to refund our money. I am amazed this person is still in business.

  • 1 Very Rude Owner

I had to go to this shop unfortunately to buy my daughetrs uniform-but very surprisingly the man inside the counter was saying me that he is busy so I had to tell him fast what I need -in a non friendly way ,and show me a cardigan which is higly priced, when I asked to show another item again he says Iam busy though there was no customers( I now know why).so I had to live the place..I spoke to another lady at the school she said she had a very bad experience there as well.So folks please read this review before you go there!!! and you cannot select anything there because all the items are behind the counter so you need to ask this rude man to show them----- please dont go there.

  • 1 Arrogant owner

Believe me today I went to buy some stuff for my daughter ,the man was so rude and says" I am busy tell me what you want" with an arrogant face and argumentative -so I told him that Well if you are busy carry on I dont want to buy from here and also gave him advice that If He need business or if he care about customers he really need to cahge the attitude-also the price he offered is very too high-So I went to kings heath-Clive Mark, behind the ASDA.bought the item for my son as well-good staff and good price. Please dont go to colliers again!!!!!!!

  • 1 Colliers lack of service

Colliers are rude!!! overpriced - and I will never being going again. I went to purchase my daughters brownie uniform and the service was shabby!!! - the man behind the counter even made my 3 year old cry by shouting at him - all he did was reach up on the counter no need to shout so loud!!!!! I purchased my daughters outfit merely because she was so excited about getting it, but she commented on leaving the shop he wasn't a very nice man was he mummy!!! she is 7 years of age. Enough said.
