What an amazing place sitting on and end terrace in Bearwood might not sound like the nicest place for a resteraunt, but as soon as you step in side you can soon see why this place is so highly rated, Ive dined there 5 times with my fiancee/family/friends and never had a bad experience, the menu is compact but with enough choice to leave you unable to choose because they all sound (and taste) good, an incredibly pleasant service is provided and the wine list is second to none, out of the city centre and with the exception of the 2 michelins starred resteraunts, this is the place to be in Birmingham, book at least 1 week in advance for a Saturday night table, it is a hidden gem that slowly more people are discovering, I almost forgot to add, the prices seem to small but its nice to know that such good food can be so cheap

Having been lucky enough to find this gem of a restaurant through a visit made for my job, I was kindly invited back to eat by the owner Barry. He later told me that he named the restaurant after his daughter, so dont go thinking that this is the second of two restaurants, its really one of a kind. Not being a vegetarian I surprised myself as I was hugely drawn to the mushrooms on the Specials Board, which Barry cooked to absolute perfection. Served with a hint of chilli on a bed of the best cous cous I have ever tasted, dotted with the smallest dots of some homemade tomato sauce and what I think was a little homemade pesto, I say 'I think' because there was only enough to tease you. But it all tasted so beautiful, very fresh, very clean. Infact the food was not the only thing that was fresh and clean, the decor was great too, really cool colours, cream, mocha and a sudden flash of green from the extraordinary table decor. I'm glad I found Azzari Too, if I lived in Birmingham I would be there every day!
