Radio XL are fully committed to building a strong relationship with the community.
They are involved in organising regular concert promotions, gigs, road shows, outdoor park events, contests, live links with the business community, fund raising events etc.
Radio XL is the first 24 hour Asian Radio Station to broadcast in the main West Midlands conurbation. With its wide reach the station will be available to a potential Asian audience in excess of 250,000 people from the 15+ age group.
This community of people is very business orientated and contains a high proportion of ABCI listeners. A fact that can be readily understood if you look at the medical and legal professions alone.
The Asian community are avid listeners to the radio and if you go into any Asian household at any time of the day you are most likely to find a radio switched on. Whilst they are a diverse community of many religions and cultural backgrounds, they all share a love of music and are proud of their culture.
This vibrant community has been overlooked by many companies for far too long. Radio XL sets out to meet the many needs of the community with a mixture of music, information, debate and entertainment, all served up with a sense of humour.
Radio XL is an energetic radio station and is your access to the young, free-spending Asian teenager, the upwardly mobile, young Asian couples with young families, the well established Asian business community, and the hard working Asians n factories and businesses throughout the region. Whether at home or play Radio XL provides the programmes they want to listen to.
