True customer service

I bought a hifi rack with custom shelving. Delivery was quick but when my order arrived, the courier had damaged a shelf. I called audio affair and to my suprise they arranged a next day swap for a new shelf. Its rare nowadays to find true customer service and from a mail order company no doubt. I am very impressed and will use them for future shopping.
