I like Lynsey purchased a Groupon voucher for a cut and colour and I was also not impressed upon my arrival. There was no welcome smile, a tv was blasting out music and all the hairdressers liked miserable and bored. I told the hairdresser that I just wanted my hair coloured and my hair tidied up a bit,I wanted to keep as much of the length as possible. My hair was coloured with no effort made to keep the colour off my face and I had to wipe my face with a towel after as the colour was on my cheeks and all around my hairline, no effort was made to help me get the dye of my face or an apology. My hair once cut and styled didn't look too bad in the salon and it was only once I got home and inspected it in the mirror and my husband and mum started to point out the uneven cut at the back and sides that I realised how bad the haircut was. I washed my hair and tried to style it but to no avail, I now have to clip my hair back with slides and it just looks awful. I now will have to wait months before the sides have grown back to the length that they had been when I walked into the salon and my hair at the back. My neice was trying to straighten my hair today and she was flabbergasted at just how awful the cut is, she took a photo of the back of my head to show me me the uneven hacked look that I now have to put up with. She joked with me that the hairdresser must have been wearing a blindfold and cutting it with a pair of blunt shears. I'm just thankful that I didn't pay the extra £80-£100 it would have cost me if I hadn't had a Groupon voucher. I think the £25 that I did pay was £25 too much.

I attended this salon as I purchased a Groupon voucher. I was not impressed upon my arrival as the salon smelt of cigarettes. I had a colour and a cut. Firstly the colour was only placed on my roots and not taken through the length of my hair, so there is a visible line where my hair is a slightly different colour. Whilst having the colour washed off a product was placed on my skin to get any colour removed from the hairline, this smelt of nail varnish remover. I was reassured that it was not nail varnish remover but I have never had any product like that placed on my skin at any other hair dressers. Secondly the cut was not what I requested and poorly executed, in my opinion. I asked for a "sweeping fringe". The hairdresser cut my fringe short and blunt which looked dreadful and definitely not a gradual sweep across. The rest of the cut was uneven, but as I have long hair not too noticeable. I admit that I did not make any fuss about this whilst in the shop. The reason I made no fuss was because I did not want anyone to try to rectify the cut, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible. I would not go back there.
