• Dishonest and beligerent

  Contacted by FCS having placed request for parts through search site. Advised part in stock and would be with me within three days. Failed to deliver after a further three calls, each time advised would be with me within days. Now failed to refund after three separate requests. Attitude was aggressive and full of BS about situation. Avoid these crooks.

• Lowlife criminal

  These guys are complete criminal, I wouldn’t go anywhere near this company. They will say anything to get your cash, its highly unlikely you will receive the correct part and you certainly won’t get a refund. Very rude and argumentative, once they have your money they couldn’t careless about you. Thieving lowlife criminals, I would stay far away!

  I placed an order for a supply and fit engine from a company called nippon in derby .....after a week they sent my car to these clowns who after two weeks fitted an engine that is worse than the one they took out ..... then they had the balls to ask for money and tell me i cant have my car back (this i believe is theft). So three weeks on and i still have no car .... Avoid these people they lie and then tell you that you are not being reasonable when you ask why they cant do a simple job correctly. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Robbers!

  I ordered an exhaust for my Hilux at the beginning of Maym unfortunetly I paid good money and after 4 phone calls and the promise of sending it I am still waiting for it to arrive. This comapny should be taken of the internet and maybe someone should get in touch with the Police or British Standards, typical take your money and bugger your item

• bad service

  I agree with liars and thieves, i have been having trouble with them since march. they sent me two diesel pumps which were faulty. second one i took it to check before fitting (spending £80 instead of £450 if it was faulty) and then they said it had gone against guarantee. Obviously they knew that it was faulty and they just want to give me excuses not to comply with Trading Standards. they are completely unreliable, they always said that the item would be sent same day or next day and it always took around two weeks if not more. An exhaust never came after waiting for three months. Ridiculous. Completely unreliable,better deal with the main dealer, its more expensive but definitely guaranteed, not pretendedly guaranteed.

• Liars and thieves

  I bought a part from them which arrived damaged, and when I asked for a refund, they had the audacity to call me a liar and said I damaged it myself. Letters and emails are ignored, and in short the manager couldn't tell his arse from his elbow. Shoddy, unprofessional and not doing themselves or the 2nd hand car and car parts industry any favours.
