Very snobby!
Those who man this shop are very disdainful, unfortunately. Worse if you take any items in. I have taken as new Jaspar Conran clothes and Gianfranco Ferre silk trousers and they still seem to sneer and make out they are not good enough for their second hand clothes shop!
